GM Family First is designed to provide value to all GM Family First customers who are properly registered in the program. Each receives the counseling services of a Personal Move Consultant, a cash-back* award on the purchase or sale of a home, moving discounts** and several money-saving offers from GMAC Mortgage.

What is the cash-back* offer GM Family customers receive on their real estate transactions when registered in the GM Family First program?

The cash-back* awards are offered through a simplified incentive ratio. For every $1,000 of the home sale or purchase price, every GM Family First customer who is properly registered in the program will receive $3.00 cashback per $1,000 of the sales price.*

*Availability of cash-back awards may be prohibited in some states.
